Brutal Honesty at its Best

Definitely, not as good as the first half of my one week challenge but here are my totals:

Saturday, August 9th
Breakfast

Snack

Dessert

Water total: 64 + ounces, Bikram really took it out of me
Total: 2258, 77.3, 78.5 (ugh, lots of fat today)


Sunday, August 10th
Breakfast
1 cup cooked Oatmeal w/milk, fruit and flax seed + coffee w/cream: 424, 16.2, 13
Snacks at BBQ
Tortilla chips and guac: 418, 27.9, 6
Potato Chips: 175, 12, 2.1
Strawberries: 15, .1, .3
Dinner
Chicken Breast, BBQ’ed with orange glaze: 281, 6.1, 52.9
Feta, tomato, cucumber salad: 121, 9.0, 5.0
Dessert

Total: 2342, 105.9, 92.4 (guess it could have been worse but that is a LOT of fat for one day)


Monday, August 11th

Tuesday, August 12th
Breakfast
Dried mangoes, Quaker mini cakes and coffee w/cream: 322, 10.1, 4.9
Lunch
Buffalo Burger on bun w/lettuce, tomato, pickle and squirt of ketchup: 320, 4.8, 42.7
Dinner
½ Chicken Breast, BBQ’ed with orange glaze: 140.5, 3, 26.4

Clearly, I need to cut back on dessert! That is where my cals and fat skyrocket! For the next week, I’m going to try to cut dessert portions in half and eat them slower (got that J? Take the ice cream away after 1/2 a cup =)).

No run today, slept in…sadly, I’ll be at work for 10+ hours today and tomorrow so unless I can drag myself out of bed tomorrow morning I might not get in a workout then either…BOO! Next week though, Gazelle’s and I are committed to Bikram 3 times and I’ll get back on track. Ugh, what is with me the last couple of months…on the wagon/off the wagon. I have a half marathon coming up in October—must get booty in gear!
